Shipping & Delivery Policy

How CtrlBox delivers ebooks, mini-courses, paid digital resources, and service deliverables.

No physical shipping

CtrlBox primarily sells digital products and digital services. We do not physically ship ebooks, mini-courses, templates, downloadable files, resource links, consulting material, or online service deliverables unless a product page or written agreement clearly states otherwise.

Digital product delivery

After successful payment, digital products are delivered through a receipt email, private delivery link, download link, course/resource URL, or support email. Delivery is usually immediate or within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

Private delivery links

Some products are delivered through private links or tokens. These links are intended only for the buyer and may have an expiry period, download limit, or access restriction depending on the product settings. If your valid link expires before access, contact support and we can review the order.

Service deliverables

For website, branding, marketing, software, automation, consulting, or other custom services, delivery timelines are based on the approved scope, project plan, client inputs, content availability, and written communication. Deliverables may be shared by email, cloud link, client portal, staging URL, admin access, or another agreed digital channel.

Delivery issues

If payment succeeds but you do not receive a receipt or delivery link, first check your spam or promotions folder. Then contact connect@ctrlbox.co.in with your payment details so we can verify the order and resend access.

Incorrect contact details

Delivery depends on the email address and phone number entered during checkout. If you entered incorrect details, contact support with payment proof so we can verify ownership before resending the product or receipt.
